Jamzone
We would like to introduce you to our Childrens Club known as JAMZONE
We want to make our kids experience of church as fun as possible, so for that reason we offer age appropriate teaching and games.
For children aged 0-3 we have a Creche located at the front of the Church in the entrance foyer. Two helpers are available to play with the children and provide snacks. We have a range of toys and activities including stickers, play doh, gluing, painting and drawing. Although aprons are provided there is a risk that your child may be returned to you slightly messier than when they started! If you would rather they didn’t participate in such activities please let the Creche staff know. We have a range of toddler snacks (eg rice cakes, raisins) and biscuits. Again please let the staff know if you would rather your child didn’t have any of these.
Children aged 3-5 go to Bubbles upstairs in the Anton Room. Activities vary from week to week but may include Bible stories, crafts, games and toys. Regularly we have a party session all age groups join together. The children are given a snack of juice and biscuits (party food on a party session).
Children aged 5-10 go to X-Stream upstairs in the Anton Room. Activities vary from week to week but may include Bible teaching, crafts and games. We regularly have a party session where all age groups join together in one session. The children are given a snack of juice and biscuits (or party food on a party session).
Kids ages 11-15 can, if they wish, go to The Grids chill out area located opposite the kitchen, ready to use is a Playstation 2 including a selection of (appropriate) games, as well as a DVD with a DVD bible quiz. We will hold a Christian based discussion regularly.
All our volunteers are (or in the process of being) CRB checked.
